Mark your calendar and make
vacation plans now. This will be a good time to get together with
friends and relatives. Please RSVP your intention to attend!* Since we had received no RSVP's prior to a directors board meeting this fall, the board has decided to hold a maintenance day and annual meeting on June 9, 2012. If those in attendance decide to have an impromptu program, that will be arraigned on that day. The attendees can bring a sack lunch for themselves. A cleanup day will be scheduled later for sometime in May. Check back later for a list of maintenance items that will be on the agenda for June 9, 2012. Zion Lutheran Cemetery is located in a scenic area overlooking the Sheyenne River near the Sheyenne National Grasslands (wikipedia) in South-Eastern North Dakota. Click for directions to Zion Lutheran Cemetery. The Sheyenne Oaks Horse Camp & RV park with electric, water & sewer hookups is located less than a half-mile south of Zion. This will allow those with tents or RV's to stay close to the festivities! The Leonard Country Club (golf course) is about 10 minutes away. The twin cities of Fargo, ND and Moorhead, MN are about 45 minutes away.
